Winter Relief Work

Hundreds of poor people die every year due to winter only due to shortage of clothes that can keep them warm. In such a situation, it is the responsibility of the able people who can be useful to the needy. If we bring these clothes to any needy, then it will be a great help for them.

India, like many parts of the world right now, has been brutalised by the second wave of the Covid virus. It has ravaged many of the main towns in India and is still raging through the villages. Many more people have been affected and died than the first wave

However, people from already vulnerable and disadvantaged communities are suffering even more. This includes those from Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Castes, daily wage labourers, widows, and elderly people, to name a few. They are truly the worst affected in this crisis.

We, the alumni of Nagarjuna Training Institute along with the Nagaloka team and Manuski Activists, are distributing food provisions, soap, masks, and spreading awareness about the crisis, and providing emotional support to those who are suffering. We are working on the ground, and coordinating with private and government authorities where possible, in towns and villages all over India.

We request you to donate to our relief fund in order to continue our work for the coming months. No amount is too small.
