Work Details: Nagaloka Alumni are distributing food in the village of Kolar in Malur, particularly focusing on those who are most needy. In their localities, there are many who are not able to meet their basic needs. The lockdown has made their already vulnerable and fragile situation, much worse. Our alumni surveyed these areas and located the families that needed the most help. With the donation gathered through Nagaloka, we have been able to distribute basic rations to families of daily wage labourers.

Remarks:
The families that received food rations are extremely happy and thankful. However, as they are daily wage earners, as the lockdown continues they and more families will need more help.
