Work details: Our NTI alumni in Gaya undertook surveys in various areas to locate migrant workers and widows. These communities seem to be having a very hard time during the lockdown, and they are unable to access basic essentials. Once the volunteers received donations, they managed to bring basic ration like food grains to deliver to people directly.
Beneficiaries Quantity: 70 families
Beneficiaries Details: Widows, daily wage workers, migrant labourers.
Remarks: The beneficiaries were grateful. For them, seemingly small acts of donating grain have gone a long way in keeping themselves and their families fed and safe.
