Volunteer’s Name: Lalan Kumar
Location of Work: Dudhaila Jamhor village, Aurangabad
State: Bihar
Work details: NTI alumni Lalan Kumar’s neighbours reached out to him saying that they do not have any money, nor enough food to eat. They have not been able to earn anything during the lockdown. This led him to conduct a survey of his village, and he identified 25 families and individuals who needed urgent help. With Nagaloka’s support through donations, Lalan was not only able to provide ration for the 25 families in his list, but was able to give ration to 5 more families who were also in a vulnerable position.
